Just kidding. Really though we had this problem at a lake I worked at and we used the lawn ornaments that look like flowes but twirl in the wind! It worked as well as a gun!
Melissa, we just love walking down by Lake Superior, they have lots of touristy shops down there, and you can rent these funny 2 seater bicycles and bike up and down the waterfront. We had breakfast at a real "earthy, hippy" kind of place called "Amazing Grace" that you might enjoy...it's also near the waterfront. Also a GREAT tex-mex kind of place called "Angie's Cantina" is really fun too. It's fun to sit at their outside seating. There are lots of antique stores in the main "city" part of duluth that I love too. Also if you feel adventurous for a longer drive, drive up the coast line of Minnesota up to Grand Marais. There are lighthouses all along the way. The one called "Split Rock" is my favorite...great place to take pictures. I think it is just outside of the the town called Two Harbors. You can google all this stuff to find directions or addresses. Have fun I LOVE DULUTH!!!
