Better late than never...

I realize that the Indiana State Fair was over a month ago, but I kind of forgot about the camera full of pictures until only recently.  I figured since it's been so long since I've posted anything, even old news would be good news. :-)

Here's little Miss Addison learning how to be a farmer.  First she got her apron and her basket.

Then she picked up some soybeans (not pictured).  Collected an egg....

Harvested some red onions, cucumbers, and potatoes...

Picked out an apple...

Went for a ride on a tractor.  Her legs weren't long enough to pedal, so she required some assistance from Grandpa...

Stopped for a photo opp with the 3 big piggies...

Milked a cow...

Then she took all of the things she'd gathered to market.  She earned a whole dollar with which she purchased a nice cold carton of milk.  Yum!

This WAS her favorite part of the whole fair.  Until we came upon this little barn where she could feed the animals.  This little lady has NO fear of animals and absolutely loves having them eat out of her hands.  She actually attracted a crowd of people watching her squeal with delight.  I even caught one lady taking her picture.  Yeah, that's my cute kid with the goat saliva all over her hands. :-)

Giddy up!
